I went to get coffee but we were out. I needed caffeine and the only other option was Dr. Pepper so I had that. Don't get me wrong, I love Dr. Pepper, but I really wanted a nice warm coffee this morning. Oh well, I will get one tomorrow.
Had meetings today so didn't have time to eat lunch. It was okay because I really haven't been hungry at all today.
Oh boy! This is where I learned my lesson. Want to know what it is? Don't EVER go to a Holiday party, where there will be lots of food, on an empty stomach! I did this and I ate a lot of food.

- 4 Beef Empanadas
- 1/2 Ham Sandwich
- 1 Slice Pineapple
- 5 Raspberries
- 2 Deviled Eggs
- 1 Chocolate dessert in a shot glass
- 1 Carrot cake in a shot glass
No wonder I don't have any pictures. I was busy eating everything!
How do you take control over the food at parties?
Normally I like to try and do a lap of the room. Look and see what is being offered and determine what it is I really want to eat.
